"Come wander through the small world with me "
Sometimes, a little touch of fantasy makes us smile, we just have to look for it.
I want to share with you the magical world that the little creatures show me. The deal with them is to pretend that I'm not there, I don't bother them at all, and in return they offer me a dream world.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did looking for it.

Note:
The gear I use in this type of photography is:
Canon EOS 80D
Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro Lens
Manfrotto Befree Advances GT XPRO tripod
(I always use tripod for macro photography)

Waves
Sometime you just have to go with the waves.
(Small beetle "surfing" on a Canna indica leaf).

Sun kisses
I love to see the softness and transparency of the butterflies' wings in the backlight.

Rock-a-bye baby
For me the most pleasant time of the day is the sunset, I think that this six-spotted beetle (Lachnaia sexpunctata) is enjoying the dusk, while the false oats sway it with the breeze.

Living in a hot weather
Small field bugs (
Caenocoris nerii,) cooling itself in a puddle.

Morning secrets
During my daily walks in nature I have discovered a place where the morning light is very sweet, pleasant and spreads warmth to everyone.... I asked to this Pretty Fairy (Chrysopidae) her thoughts about the light, and as she stood very still next to me, maybe because she was trying to warm up a bit, I could see her smile, can you see her little smile too?

About happiness
“Happiness is like a butterfly, the more you chase it, the more it will evade you, but if you notice the other things around you, it will gently come and sit on your shoulder.” ― Henry David Thoreau ―

Would you believe me if I told you more than one butterfly sat on my shoulder?

Born to jump
I think it's funny, that for every step I take in the meadow, 50 little ones jump scattered away from me :)

Fluffy dreams
Little longhorned bee asleep at dusk. Isn't it sweet?

The Antlion (I love you baby)
As fragile as she looks, it doesn't seem that when she was a larva had a very ingenious system for catching ants. Wherever you see her, she's been one of the most ferocious ant predators.
I've seen them many times in the meadow during these months of the year, but never before have they given me a picture with their lace wings spread out like this little one did... I love her!

Room mates
I think it is very tender that these little longhorned bees share their tiny bedroom and therefore the protection that this little flower gives them.

I always wait for you
We are entering summer, and these little blue-backed butterflies (Blue argus) are fluttering in the meadows.
For me they make the summer more cheerful.
